DeepBlue V7.X@quino_schuetz @jolla They usually don't provide a clear answer to this, since it depends on several factors and in the past it wasn't even clear if Jolla would be around for that long, but historically it has been between 5-8 years, usually on the higher end for first party devices.

ⅅℒℚ@deepbluev7 @jolla @quino_schuetz I bought my first Jolla device in 2014 (same year Fairphone launched their first phone) and in contrast to the Fairphone, which only got support for two years, my Jolla got updates for 6 years. After that time it broke physically; so i think the Jolla was the more sustainable choice 😉
