joe@Joe_von_Saporski depends. I try not to damage any of the character or writing on love locks, so I tend to just leave them in their current state (but nice and dry).

Stephen Paulger@alice are the heart shaped ones interesting locks or have the manufacturers cut costs by making them single use?
@aimaz there are two main types of heart-shaped locks encounter: one takes a standard handcuff key, and one clicks shut once, then doesn't open again (I believe they have a little pin that drops in once closed that seizes them up).
Jonobie@alice You’re doing such a public service. I hadn’t realized how much lock litter is EVERYWHERE now. (I haven’t traveled much since pre-2020.) Holy hell, people are buying and purposefully littering a LOT of trash these days!
@jonobie I absolutely love love locks, but you do have to cull the herds or they start wrecking the ecosystem.
