@SnowyCA @adhd_coffee Me too, before. But I learned to comment to educate, while blocking this kind of ignorant, it’s much better for my mental health.
I can do it thanks to the ADHD medication I’m taking since recently as it allows me to better manage my emotions and reactions, 😊
Indeed I can see how blocking is helpful.
I am not on meds for it because right after I was diagnosed with ADHD, my doctor retired and I moved out of the area so I am now on a list 🙄 for a replacement. At my age, and due to the lengthy wait times, that might a goal never reached.
@SnowyCA Ahhhhh 😞I’m sorry. 🫂
@SnowyCA If you have a diagnosis, your MD can prescribe you a medication? But it may not be possible in your province?
I don't know if that's possible, but I could check with him. Thanks for the suggestion.
I think he's been concentration on sorting out physical issues. He is so new to me, and just opened his practise in Canada, I've had only two appointments with him so far.
@SnowyCA Hoping that it could be possible. I having also physical issues and they are easier to manage with the medication.
But, before getting a prescription he will send you to a cardiologist to make sure you can take this kind of medication. But you had maybe already seen one for that?
