Archie and Cassie talk again to the chatty maid and enter the Temple of Unattainable Desires. They find a musty room in a house with an extinguished incense burner, but outside on the street they recognise the city as the Aethyr ICH, the one next to be abyss wherein Chronzon dwells. They've not been here since session 196 (this is 367) when they performed a ritual on Crowley to reunite him with part of his soul that was lost in 1909.

They left in a hurry as Norton saw something that made his eyes bleed. But they find their quarry, stalked by Serpent Folk. She explains a fair bit to them about the Carthusians, but wants to know why these snakes are all here now.

@gbsteve gosh 367 sessions? How long has the campaign been going?

@martin 9 1/2 years. It'll be 10 next April. One player has played every session, another all bar two, two players have played a session each and we had a player at the start who played about a dozen.

For one player his kids were both under 5 when this started so they've grown up with their dad chatting online up in the attic 3 out of 4 Thursdays.
