@cabel this once happened when I lived over a bakery, there was a crowd of people late one night that had just been carried over by their nose just floating up and down the block enjoying the aroma and nodding at each other like hey, you too, yeah?

@cabel Truly magnificent. We also had a rainbow here that was worth it telling strangers about. If you looked closely, you could see a faint second one.

@cabel a moment like this is wonderful. Once in law school my crabby roommate came in from the balcony to get me while I was making breakfast. Across the way from our back balcony was a hawk, a giant hawk, sitting on a neighbor’s balcony like everything was hers. We stood there and watched her for a while and then she flew off. Amazing.
