beyond neoliberals, classical liberals have caused issues over the years, as well, through their insane misconception that social issues are cultural and not material, leading to little to no action through policy.
neo/classical liberalism have been the dominant ideology for a good century or more at this point, so that begs the question: why are people falling back on nationalistic and fascistic sentiments?
