It's becoming hard to remember the last time I didn't have a weather induced migraine

I wanted it to be less hot but not like this ๐Ÿ˜ž

#BaroPosting

@eniko
what unit of pressure is this?
@ki inHg which my barometer app defaults to. I don't care what the unit is since all I care about is the relative motion, whether it's stable over time or going up or down

@eniko Herkenbaarโ€ฆ I meanโ€ฆ Recognizable. ๐Ÿ™‚ Same troubles over here. Damn pressure changes. I think the changes have become more radical, like all weather conditions.

On a side note, after reading the migraine-related post I read your pinned post as "I have now migrained to this account." ๐Ÿ˜

@metin you over in the Netherlands?

@eniko Yep. ๐Ÿ™‚ Nice to see that you're a game dev. As a youngster I was one of the first game devs in the Netherlands. ๐Ÿ‘ด

@metin oh that's rad!

don't worry, i'm not exactly a youngster anymore myself

@eniko ... pressure and weather induced migraine is a bloody nuisance. I would gladly lend that migraine to climate deniers for a couple of days ...

@kate moved specifically to one of the places listed as having some of the best/most stable weather in the world

find out climate change ruined it within the past 5-10 years

@eniko so how's that idea of drilling a few holes in the skull for pressure balance coming along? are we there yet?

(Jokes aside, is there really nothing to mitigate the effect?)

@oblomov sure there is. its called moving to somewhere with more stable weather

which is part of why i moved to cyprus but climate change ruined its weather 5-10 years ago ๐Ÿ™ƒ

@eniko One of the side effects of getting metal plates in my arm is that I now have a cyber-barometer. Not the world's greatest superpower but kinda interesting. I hope the weather and your head get better soon.
@jwvhewitt how does that manifest?
@eniko I get an ache right in between the ulna and radius. Not a bad ache, but in an unusual enough place that I know it's not just that I lifted something a bit too heavy for my current state of recovery.
