October 12, 2025. We are dehydrating hot peppers. These varieties are Challeano, Georgia Flame, Maules Red Hot, Cyklon, Joes Long Red Cayenne, Hot Portugal, Wenks, and Jalapeno. We started the seeds inside on March 20th. These are Seed Savers of Iowa seeds. Their growing season continues through this week. The plants are quite robust this growing season.
