The rules here are exactly what they were in 1930's Germany. Nobody today condemns the participants in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising or the concentration camp uprisings for "using violence" against the last batch of Nazis.

Once they are out of power, each of these people must be prosecuted for the rest of their natural lives.
