This means Ukraine is another step closer to being an EU Member state. There has been so much work going on in the background to get this done.

Milli🌾🇨🇵 🇺🇦They're on their way, probably getting better every day! 😮 Don't forget that most of the Ukrainians grew up as «part» of the Soviet Union - corruption for breakfast etc. Be patient, «habits» like that don't disappear over night! 🙂
