The Pound. This little yard is the site where stray animals used to be impounded in the 16th and 17th centuries, owners having to pay a fine for their release. The shape marked with bricks shows the site of the wartime ARP wardens' hut, also the site where one of the local cricket clubs (The Wardens) was founded!

I'm not sure about this roll of Kentmere 100 pushed one stop and processed in HC-110 B. The weather was relentlessly sunny and the result was a very contrasty roll, which has taken some taming in post. The next roll is K-200 processed in HC-110 E, maybe the weather was kinder, but I like it better. I'll try pushing the K-100 when the weather is softer...
Simon "King of Bokeh" Diamond@carusb I've always been happy with K200 pushed one stop with dilution E. Not sure if I've tried B for that.

Narrow boat entering a lock. In the early 20th century, facing steep competition from railways, the Grand Union Canal rebuilt its locks to take two boats. One is already in the lock. You can see the mouth of the old single lock, paved over. Of course, the investment failed.
