@forceh91 @wpgne Oops, sorry I missed this...just responded to the thread!
@djrrb @forceh91 just skimmed through the posts. I don't really have anything to add other than to help add space on the forecast continued page, can the empty line below the top line be used? For some reason, it always leaves that blank but is valuable "text-estate" (real estate).
Thank you for doing what you can to maximise the text dimensions, to eliminate the lower gap.
@wpgne @djrrb What the line between "WINNIPEG FORECAST CONT." and the "X NIGHT/DAY"?
@forceh91 @djrrb yeah, can that line be used? Always wondered why it's always blank. It was regularly filled in.
@wpgne @djrrb Oh was it? Ok cool, yeah easy enough to fill it in
@forceh91 @djrrb yep. Maybe the time you saw it when creating that page it had a blank line, but it was used if the additional space was needed. I'd start on that line and if the forecast texts are smaller, then it could be skipped to best fill out the remainder of the page, accordingly.
@wpgne @djrrb Pushed an update with that change, we'll see how it does. It'll get rid of it all of the time so might be weird if there's not much happening
@forceh91 @djrrb looks good. Would rather have it this way and that cut off line at the bottom now displays fully.
Is there a way to have it dynamically allocate the available space so that if there's a minimal forecast, it would "justify" the text?
Likewise, is it possible to expand the first forecast period, if it's lengthy, up to and including the omission the second forecast period?
@wpgne @djrrb With enough thinking during the long winter months, probably? 😅
@forceh91 @djrrb thought you wrote drinking versus thinking the first time I read it lol
