Road test!
Bunch of bolts arrived so I could finish assembling the bike, then I took it out for a quick road test around the block-ish (3km). Stopped a few times to adjust things, but it went well.
Somewhat ironically, it's easier to climb hills on this than on my ebike - and I didn't even go anywhere near bottom gear.

Extras: BBB Loud & Clear bell, Ortlieb e-bike handlebar bag mount (e-bike version is slightly longer, so better for trekking bars), InBike Speedometer (To be fitted).
* Will replace wheels/freewheel with custom-built ones at some point: Exact hub TBD, but intention is 8sp cassette on the rear, dynamo on the front, Ryde Andra 30 36H rims.
** Might replace with Microshift SL-T08 Friction Thumb Shifters if the indexed front annoys me too much.
No mud guards?
