@jonty you will also receive their left knee and pancreas
@jonty I don't know what I hate more. The fact the keys are split or the fact the line isn't even centred and the same on both.

@Jess_LoneSystem @jonty

Neither, it's the fact that the command key is smaller than on any Apple keyboard and the start key is smaller than on most Windows keyboards, so your fingers will miss them, whichever you're used to.

@david_chisnall is it not that by convention "Start" and "Command" are equivalent, as the meta key, and that alt and opt are equivalent, yet here those keys are swapped between the 2 different operating systems' interpretation of those keys?
@jonty it's not quite so bad on the UK variant of that keyboard (I'm using one right now), but: yeah...
@jonty WHAT!? Who would do such a thing? Yeet that straight into the sun!
@jonty Someone’s lost ctrl 😬
@jonty I raise with this monstrosity.
@hamatti @jonty Biblically Accurate Function Key
@hamatti @jonty I shared this with a friend who describes it as "The Beano Swear Button"

While this might be not beautiful, it still is functional and works well on different OS. The real problem with these keyboards is the ignorance of the devs regarding the FN key. From the Logitech FAQ:

Logitech keyboards do not send the Fn/Globe key keycode in a manner that is compatible with Apple's specific shortcuts. As a result, certain Apple functions, such as window tiling and other shortcuts reliant on the Fn/Globe key, are not supported by our keyboards.

@jonty
I believe it was created by Hieronymus Logitech himself.
@jonty I have and use this keyboard with my Mac every day. It's a great keyboard. You do get used to it of course, but yeah, it looks awful...
