There is pressure on potential facility-based aged care recipients to enter a facility before November 2025 - after then the significantly higher "resident financial contributions" will kick in.

And let's ignore #ItsAirborne and the (AIUI) ongoing absence of Indoor Air Quality regulations being in place even for newly built facilities let alone enforced on existing facilities.
