Sensing a thematic resonance I went ahead and watched I am a fugitive from a chain gang (1932). This turned out to be true - when combined with Bicycle thieves, you've got yourself the basis for a good ol' critical paper on the criminal justice system
For bonus points, it also ties into the Powder ganger faction in New Vegas, as illustrated by this representative still

With the close of round three, we have arrived at the opening of round four. This brings with it a number of changes.
