(small P value speaks to statistical significance: it's about making inferences from significant vs non-significant results: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Null_hypothesis )

@benroyce I laughed and my wife rolled her eyes. Perfect!
@benroyce I would so buy this mug ... and the matching T-shirt.
@benroyce I would like my kids to put a measure of good dad on the X axis and me having exceptionally high good dad score that is significantly higher than most dads!

@drmambobob

i would like my kids to generate a large sample size for reliability and generalizability of research findings and report the conclusion that my value lies in a high X axis position on the bell curve! 🀭

@benroyce the true dad experience (mainly)
@benroyce As long as I'm within 5 standard deviations my kids can't judge me!

@benroyce I can't help but to notice that A. it's on the negative side of the chart, not the positive and B. generally 1.5 actually is pretty statistically significant, just not extremely so. 😁
@benroyce I love the fact that he’s now selling the actual mug: https://smbc-store.myshopify.com/products/good-parent-mug
