@paul_edwin feel like you can't win with the Garmin analysis. Go for a run, it tells you you're not ready. Wait until you're 'ready', it complains you're 'detraining'.
@samhogy I find it much better when I'm more focused on training (mostly related to avoiding alcohol which skews the stats, I suspect)
