Levka"Reined in" is not enough. The agency must be abolished and the individuals within should be given fair trials, and then imprisoned for a very long time in the very camps they have been imprisoning immigrants. Volunteer immigrants should guard them, not to keep them in, but to protect them from the friends and families of the people they have abused.
