@JamesWNeal That's not Mamdani's official account, and that tweet appears to be just a way to sneak in the propaganda that Hamas runs hospitals.

It's quite cleverly constructed, in that it also calls Netanyahu a war criminal...thus simultaneously convincing the left that it's real and giving Israeli ultra-nationalists ammo against the prospective New York mayor.
