@ricci @brendan I was inspired by a particularly senior faculty member who had a habit of calling the lab whenever he had a merge conflict to ask for help (thus causing the students to say "...wait, we have a landline phone in the lab?")

@dan @brendan @ricci how did this work? I know nothing about triggering POTS phone calls programmatically (aside from using Twilio once and being aware that PBX systems are a thing?)
