Unfortunately, the owner of @astrodon.social server inform us last month that they are shutting down end of July 2025. As of July 1st, that account was marked read only and I'm unable to view anything now since I didn't get a chance to setup redirect to a new account and archive it until now. @kimwhaley Although the account is read only, you can setup the redirect if you log in to astrodon.social.

You have to create the account alias on the destination account (for instance you account on mastodon.social) and then link to it from Astrodon.social. The process to transfer followers is triggered then from that instance.

Plus, you can export your data from astrodon social using the hamburger menu (≡) and choosing Import & Export > Export.

There you can request several things (blocked users, favorites, bookmarks, lists of users), and your archive with your toots.

@juandesant Yes, I have redirected it. Based on what was said about shutting down at the end of the month, it will close the account and the redirect will no longer work when that happens. I will lose the old posts but I wasn't terribly active on the platform so it's only 3 posts that will be lost.
