@grim_elsewhere I have (mostly negative) mixed feelings about AI-generated pornography. I can see situations in which it could be done ethically, but I've never *actually* seen a situation where it has been.
If it was created by a model, which was trained on ethically-sourced and sustainable materials, that weren't degrading to—or exploitative of—women, and was used to brew small-batch, artisanal porn...then I'd be down to discuss how we could work with it. Until then? No.

If you're posting a simple image for illustrative purposes, then use simple alt-text that describes the same things you'd want people to notice in the image.
If you're posting something that's meant to be funny, erotic, etc, then write your alt-text with the same purpose.
It isn't just to describe a piece of media, it's to help those who navigate the world differently to still be able to have those rich experiences.

I should note that, because the sexual stuff is part of a larger artistic project, some of my work is designed to ask uncomfortable questions about consent, boundaries, gender dysphoria, and identity, rather than be overtly arousing. Not sure if my alt text is any good, but I do know that I write too much of it--I want people to understand the whole thing rather than too little of it.
