The biggest media failure on the bombing of Iran is that every article should have started with: "The Iran nuclear deal signed in 2015 effectively curtailed Iran's nuclear program until the US withdrew in 2018, under pressure from Israel".

Without this context, any commentary is worthless.

If an event has no #history then any narrative can be hitched to it.

There is a thread about it in "1984", if you control the present, you control the past.

@raph If we’re being honest with ourselves, those articles should probably also say “After helping depose an elected Iranian leader in 1953 and supporting his dictator successor until the Iranian Revolution.”

Then again, the US’ malfeasance in Iran would probably make the articles too long to read :(
