Preferably a woman, but any gender expression is fine, I just need to take a quite odd & reproductively confrontational SF concept very seriously from a devout Islamic perspective.

Surveying a statistically relevant sample could give you better insight into the subject of your study in a given society, while taking into consideration class and education. Drawing conclusions, or worse, generalisations based on the opinion of an individual or more is not a good idea. As you know, you can never find a spokes-person for a religion, and unlike a technical subject, you cannot seek the opinion of an expert in the matter.
