Entschädigungsanträge können nur online eingereicht werden. #DB fordert jedoch anschließend per Post einen Zahlungsnachweis für die ersatzreise an; es gibt jedoch keine Möglichkeit zu überprüfen, ob die eingereichten Unterlagen tatsächlich bei der DB eingegangen sind, und keine Möglichkeit Nachfragen zu stellen.
