@thisismissem sick leave is different from administrative leave and, either one and more than that, there are so many requirements before terminating a U.S. federal employee that I'm certain she skipped required procedure hoping to bluff the employees into committing the prohibited act of being Away Without Official Leave AWOL. AWOL allows immediate termination, so does violating the terms of one's administrative leave agreement. Too bad class action lawsuits take so long.
