I think #NoKings was a good message if the goal was to get as many people onto the streets as possible (I assume that was the case).

I heard from protest researcher Tareq Sydiq (University of Marburg) that you're more likely to get big protests if
a) the message is vague rather than overly precise and
b) you're against something/someone (as opposed to being FOR something).
