Alakest@jeffowski Toxic. Once, for a year, my mother decided I would have no access to books other than school books. With my dad's help, she turned two heavy bookcases against the wall so I couldn't get at the books. One day I told them about gold because I was reading the encyclopedia and had gotten to "AU". In the middle of dinner she got up and took the encyclopedia set away.
That was a dismal summer. Aside from one or two cub scout events I was in my room or alone in the car while they went out.
levampyre@jeffowski It is also disgusting that we process cattle that way. We're not better or more valuable to the planet as a species. But I don't want to derail the argument. The person is right about the point.
