first mission of the morning is to obtain a US to UK travel power adapter because that failed to make it onto my packing list. argos was out of stock and the pound shop had EU but not US. currently running a promising background process (a kind volunteer at the conference registration desk checking for one at their nearby apartment)

@zanzi this isn’t worth me grabbing the mic, but shouldn’t it be sinister and *dexterous*, rather than dominant? dominance isn’t specific to which hand, it’s just whichever one is preferred by a given person

a pub crawl where because the subway is a circle, people can take it one stop at a time in a circle, going to a pub at each stop, then getting delivered safely back where they started. People dress up in the branding colors of the Glasgow subway, evoking the idea of the subway as a favorite sports team.
