Crispr is a specific kind of gene hacking. I would argue Artificial Selection is gene hacking too. Sure there are others.

@exchgr CRISPR is an acronym that means "Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats", pieces of DNA that repeat in a specific way basically. But knowing the scientific community, I can see them making an acronym that spells out GENEHACKMAN
