Detox Doodles!

I've started the habit of drawing something every time I feel the urge to scroll unnecessarily. It helps stop the bad habit and start a new good habit of sketching daily!

@joyousjoyness This sounds like a fun and super healthy behavior that I should try to adopt. (and the cats are cute!)

Now if I could only recognize when I am feeling the urge to mindlessly scroll, and not retroactively make that determination 3 hours later...

@nthcdr I find I do it when I'm bored, waiting, or anxious/stressed and it doesn't help! Drawing does!
