I have found an even DUMBER WAY to get temporarily banned from #reddit than telling someone off for saying #bipolar people are dangerous.
Which was my last permanent ban that lead me to #mastodon originally.
I was temporarily banned for making jokes with someone about people who wear Crocs for "Promoting identity based hate,".
Meanwhile there are people who go around saying liberals should all be deported or imprisoned.
Then they wonder why they're shrinking.

Oh well. Three days and I pretty much just use it for random joking and killing time. Then occasionally answering questions for people with Tourettes who are still figuring shit out.
@RationalizedInsanity same here. Took then over a day and a half to look at my appeal... it was a 2 day ban. I help a lot of trauma survivors and do a lot of calling bs on people's fairy tales that don't live in the realm of reality... such as "consequences don't matter, intent does"... like... no. No, that is factually incorrect. Good intentioned things hurt people all the time, the action taker is still at fault...
People are frustrating.
@MissD89 My favorite is when I come across dudes who do absolutely nothing but use Reddit, and have no idea how real people talk to each other.
Like they'll start out by insulting me, and being super offensive, and then call ME the salty one when I say something like "Yea I don't really feel like continuing this conversation, because you're pretty much the UHM WELL... ACTUALLY meme in the flesh,".
@MissD89 They also really like making up completely false stories to make them look better than me when the insulting game doesn't work, and I just keep pointing out how dumb, and immature they sound.
Usually making up something really cool, and manly like "I'm a loser? I'm a master welder and just low effort rage baiting nerds like you while my girlfriend cooks dinner for my four kids," then I guess it takes her three hours when he's still talking to me, and they have dinner at midnight.
@RationalizedInsanity dude, many people don't realize they're actually dumb. Like, I'm not super smart, and the ptsd is really hard on my memory and processing, but bruh... it's like those people with an IQ score "test" from a random site and it's like 98 and they're like "I'm the smartest ever!!!"
