Is MyWay+ Transport Canberra's biggest disaster to date?
We still have buses operating with validators and PIDs not working, still no 3rd party data available, still no ticket machines and still no working PIDs at interchanges and major stops.
Its been 6 months.
I've caught so many buses with equipment being offline. Today, both my R6 this morning and my 56 this evening have equipment installed and turned on, but unable to validate fares. My 56 literally thinks the trip is not in progress.
We shouldn't be 6 months into operating and still having such a high rate of issues and deliverables still being not delivered.
I'm beyond frustrated for my community.
Canberrans deserves a much higher level of service than this, and while Transport Canberra continues to operate its bus services with a subpar ticketing and real-time information system, we seriously can't expect Canberrans to take public transport as a serious form of transportation.
This is eroding confidence.
