I demand my attorney be present for any further questioning or during any search.” Then say nothing more to them with your right to remain silent. If you dont have an attorney, keep/look up the number of the free legal services provided by the state bar association in your state and call them if ICE-IS persists. Tell them your sitch. Then do exactly what they say over the phone.
