This furball has inspired a handful of characters in my books (especially my werewolves, haha) and has gotten me through some pretty dark periods. For example, I used to get brutal migraines from too much screen time after suffering a concussion a few years ago, and my baby boy somehow KNEW it was time to pull me away from the computer before the pain kicked in. He's been with me through times of grief and times of joy, and words can't express how much I love him - even when he tries to distract me from a deadline just to get belly rubs.😆
