It's simple. No CarPlay, no GM purchases. It's the same for any company that doesn't have physical buttons in their car. Not buying it.

@verge The article claims customers aren't happy about GM not offering CarPlay and yet the company had 4% sales growth in 2024. Companies care about sales, not comments from complainy redditors who aren't actually in the market for a car anyway.

@verge Then maybe... THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE REMOVED THE FEATURE FOR THEIR OWN CRAPPY SOFTWARE. This is a clue that people don't like what you're selling and will just go around you.
