@endrift slightly tempted to count my Steam Deck as a tablet :p
nah, other than that, the only "large touchscreen with computer attached" we have is a PineTab that lives in a drawer doing nothing... oh, there's a long-disused Nexus 7 on the table here that we found again recently, for 2012's idea of what a tablet is
Could be a "Desktop," you know. ;->
@olena @endrift Perhaps the question should be slightly rephrased, with the addition of 'own' either beside or instead of 'have'.
In the former case, I have and use two laptops, one of which I do not own, as it was issued to me by my employer. The same goes for my company iPhone, which I also have and use but do not own.
@endrift unfortunately, I barely use my tablet, because it's the token Apple device that I keep around for FaceTime calls with biofamily, so I can't put adblockers on it
I also rarely use my smartwatch because I hate wearing jewelry, but I'm still proud of it because it's a trophy from the job that laid me off without warning and then never acknowledged my "do you want this back" emails
@WizardOfDocs I approve you keeping that item from the job that fired you! ๐
For blocking ads in all your apps, I use Ad Guard Pro https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/adguard-pro-adblock-avanc%C3%A9/id1126386264?l=fr-CA
It works very well! I pretty much don't see any ads anymore on all my devices!

Gave up on the Desktop thing over a decade ago when I went 100% portable, with Laptops, traveling full time for work.
Have a Smartwatch. Stopped using it. Failed to find it all that useful. I just don't see the value to having such frequent distractions with text messages, meeting reminders, and such. My cell phone is on my belt, and my paper DayTimer is good. My cell phone is "too easy" to access already.

I've been thinking about a Tablet, for really portable computing. But my phone screen is big enough for relatively infrequent use, as I usually have access to a laptop. I do very much like the large screen and keyboard of a laptop.
Microsoft might force me to buy and "upgrade" to a new computer, with the whole "Windows 10 NOT SUPPORTED" thing. Maybe a "mini tower." Then I might "need" a tablet. Maybe.

My Laptop is a 2in1.
What I am completely missing from the list: Servers, NAS, mediacenterโฆ
Servers is an exploding list... next machine will be a *dedicated* server. First thing on it will be git.
@endrift I have a smartphone but only because I can't afford to get a dumbphone. As soon as I have enough money to do so I'm gonna switch to:
@endrift I have a generic Google Fit compatible watch, but I'm not sure how "smart" it really is. When it breaks, I probably won't replace it.
Still I checked "Smartwatch".
@endrift If I was a wrist watch person I probably would have a smart watch but alas I don't like wearing watches on my wrists so I just use my phone as a pocket watch.
Got everything else tho lmao
Not quite sure where "Raspberry Pi" (and its ilk) should fall. Otherwise, multiple laptops/netbooks and a smartphone
@endrift I'd include my Kindles, my AppleTVs, my iPod Touch (which still works great) and my PlayStation too.
I sometimes laugh at all the screen sizes I have at hand, my smartwatches, my iPod Touch, my phones, my small tablet, my kindles, my large tablet, my laptops, my desktops/monitors, my TV, and my projector...
