We have a huge swath of the older generation who are not online or if they are can only use simple social media apps, some are visually impaired, some just need to talk through their #lifeline with a real human being. This will cost lives.

Ouch, I hadn't even gotten to thinking about my 88 year old father, who is legally blind but can read email on a 42 inch TV screen, trying to manage 2FA & captchas...
And he's one of the lucky ones, he can actually afford that TV screen.
