In the rearm Europe picture, the circle of star has the same position as the anus, and the hands applying war paint are in a similar position to the ones keeping the anus open in the goatse picture.

@jonty @dammitjanet Yeah, I expect that's what they'ere going for, but the execution is really bad. Like to me, it looks as though those fingers are "mine" I seen as if the viewer is smearing paint on a flat surface. But they want it to read like you're looking at the face of another person/the EU, and they are applying their own paint. But there's no visual clues to make that clear. Maybe they're building an enormous gaping arsehole out of which to fire missiles at the Kremlin?
