Every 2y I intend to improve my #fitness and #bodyawareness through #physicalexercise.

As 2024 was not easy for me and I haven't done much, it's hard to start again. Even my 2.5 kg dumbbells seem too heavy for me, but I intend to do a 30 minutes workout every second day.

Some of the exercises are:
- shoulder press
- front and lateral arm raises
- front and lateral leg raises
- sumo squats
- crunches
- bird dog crunches

15x 2 rounds

My next aim is to do these on a daily basis.

The future aims are:

- add more weight
- do it 3 rounds
- do the exercises 20 times in a row

Besides the dumbbells I use weight cuffs for some of the leg exercises.

Additionally, I try to change my diet. More vegetables, when sugar then fruits instead of chocolate etc. Ar at least less chocolate/just one small piece per day 😬

And I wanna start #bicycling to my workplace again.
