This backs up what I've been seeing in the past week btw, in that US peeps have just... stopped talking about Russia. It's also visible on LinkedIn. Now, everything is just China Bad, we're in a war with China etc.
I do ponder if the US are going to try to realign Russia from being an ally of China towards being an ally of the US, and if the EU will realign away from the US.
Trump respects authoritarian hard men so it makes more sense for them to partner with Russia than partner with the EU.

DHS told me on Monday it exists but that it is “not from the Trump administration.” Plus someone in a position to know told me about it but claims the CISA analyst misinterpreted it.
