How can you differentiate between a feeling that something is wrong (between you and someone else) and your mind just creating drama because that's what it does?

@Takotea That’s a complex question but I think the majority of the answer is in your relationship dynamics with said person. What are your prior experiences with this person? Have you had issues previously? Are you not feeling heard? Is there something going unsaid? Or is your mind just making up random thoughts and ruminations that don’t really have any factual evidence?
@futuredrstevie thank you. I think it is a accumulation & culmination of my EUPD thought patterns, including not being heard, fear of abandonment. I could say there has been "evidence" but realistically not enough to justify worry/thoughts. It's easy to pretend to be just concerned for the other person, whereas really there's something lacking in me, playing on my mind. That's not to say that I am not concerned for the wellbeing of this person, because I am it's just misplaced in this instance
