Guess which 2 countries failed to sign a condemnation of #US #Trump threat of sanctions against #ICC?

Somewhat surprisingly the answer is #Australia and #NewZealand. It appears that the #ANZACS have joined the #Nazis in protecting war criminals from prosecution.

@jeremy_pm This was always going to happen. Frankly though, I'm surprised at NZ. They generally show more spine than we do.

Indeed but #NZPol is currently being run by compromised spineless agents of international corporate corruption.

NZ’s very founding document Te Tiriti o Waitangi which protects #Aotearoa #NewZealand from foreign exploitation is under threat from this #AtlasNetwork government.

@jeremy_pm Well that's a shame. It's been my impression that New Zealanders have not succumbed to the same arrogance and paternalism that Australians have. I hope you can find a good way forward.
We've been taking it up the rear without lube since Federation and pretending to like it.

Interesting to see that #5Eyes partners #UK and #Canada both support international law and #ICC jurisdiction. This leaves both #NZ and #Australia on the wrong side of international law and globally vulnerable.
