There’s a big lawsuit everyone should know about. It’s the one that could boot Elon Musk and the DOGE dudes out of Treasury and kill their access to our payment systems. Learn about it in my write-up: https://open.substack.com/pub/statuskuo/p/can-musk-be-stopped?r=1zr8b&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false
Can Musk Be Stopped?

A high profile lawsuit by Public Citizen takes aim at the DOGE takeover at Treasury.

The Status Kuo

"Yes, this is #illegal. Yes, someone needs to stop it. But how?
...
The #PublicCitizen lawsuit names as defendants the #Treasury, its Secretary, and the Bureau of Fiscal Services, which granted access and even admin rights to Musk’s team. This is smart. The #lawsuit goes after these defendants in particular because, if ordered by a court, they are the ones that have the power to revoke the access they granted earlier to DOGE."

@ZhiZhu @jaykuo as was said in another post about South Korea, targeting the enablers and henchmen seems the way to go, make it too hard or too risky to legally help in any way this coup.
@jaykuo It's still unclear to me what the brobrats were attempting to do- something to do with blockchain?
@jaykuo Beyond the lack of legal authorization, my next biggest concern is how long this has all taken. Even if a judge orders Musk to vacate the premise, what assurances do we have that he hasn't already made a personal backup copy of the databases? What future harm can he do with that information through influencing business decisions or straight-up blackmail of individuals?
@jaykuo what happens when the courts say the illegal thing he did was illegal and he continues to do it anyway?
