@ProPublica this has been my direct experience. Modern insurance is completely useless, even the costly high end plans. It's a joke.

This was my experience. Spent a month working through a crisis alone. Half of the listed doctors were out of practice or had moved to a different practice. The rest did not answer or return calls. Had to build a spreadsheet to keep track of the thirty places I called.
