@randahl and in some countries they are met with hard offensive measures as if they are terrorists. It’s easy to blame people in need! #FoodPrices #supermarkets are using there monopoly power to raise prises as so big foodfactories like #unilever

@randahl that's not evidence of inflation let alone proof. It's just as easily explained by corporate greed keeping prices high.

@Tanath when prices increase, that is inflation. The term inflation is agnostic to the cause of the price increase.

@randahl that's one kind of inflation. The other kind is the decline in the value of money, usually from increased money supply, leading to lower purchasing power. This is usually what economists mean, not "prices go up". Prices being hiked can be caused by many things, usually not inflation.

Ppl still don't "get it" that the money is there. Its in the world but most of it is offshore in the hands of Musk + his ilk.
It doesn't have to be this way.

All revolutions start bc ppl are hungry.

When the world burns and crops fail bc of drill-baby-drill mentality, Musk will starve too. You can't eat money.
