milestone: 1st #outboard device sequenced by #tek, the #rust #tui #daw

the dev build is not good at sending all note messages consistently. but the release build is rock solid. only the #mc303 doesn't seem to do multiple #midi channels - it always plays on the selected track, even when "using the mc303 as a #soundmodule" as per the manual...
