@W_Lucht Thanks :) I've been learning more about the Baltic Goddess Ragana- in near modern times more or less relegated to relation to witches (in the negative sense) and as a dangerous hag of wild places-- but I think she is probably descended from the ancient Bird Goddess- responsible for death but also regeneration and balance-- endless growth being a problem (unless you are a capitalist economist)- dark to balance light, - so she balances the power of Saule/Sun., among other things :)
