RoyYesterday I turned a bunch of aging cosmic crisp apples into a lovely and delicious "apple crisp" dessert. I had commented to my wife @u2katrina.bsky.social last week that the apples were starting to age* and that I would figure something to do with them. She suggested some kind of "apple crisp casserole". She also asked that the crisp be somewhat like the crumble I make from left over key lime pie crust ingredients.
